Message from the Chairperson

Welcome to the Website of Arava Nepal Modern Agricultural (ANMC) Co. Ltd. ANMC is an Agricultural Company initiated by the youth returnees of the Israel (especially after agricultural study and practice) and people from different fields who see agricultural as an integral part of the development of Nepal.  It has the aim of being an excellence of agricultural sectors that can lead in agri-related production, discovery, and delivery of knowledge on agricultural aspects of current and emerging issues related to local, regional and global food issues. It is obvious that more than 66% population depend upon agriculture and work as subsistence level, ANMC targets on changing the pattern of subsistence to sustainable farming through the promotion of commercial farming.  We make it happen with the concept of agricultural training, integrated farming and Agro tourism where every youth can be employed and make a better income source with us.

ANMC is a unique combination of promoters and shareholders where every member is interested in contributing to the grown of the company by involving in the work of company as a team. When we gathered in Israel and discussed the agronomy, we felt that there is an urgency of advanced agricultural practice in Nepal. We debated, discussed and decided on the problems, potentials and prosperity of Nepal through modern agriculture that is possible through professed knowledge in this sector. Now we are on a mission to accomplish the goal of three factors- Integrated Farming, Agricultural Training and Agro-Tourism.  From the inception (2016), we have accomplished the task of purchasing land in Duradanda, Lamjung Nepal, built shed for poultry, field office set-up and prepared land for suitable production. On top of that, we have recently established a dairy for milk collection and further progressing for promoting milk production.  In addition, coordination with community, government agencies and international level is also going smoothly. Further, we have already planned to start 100 cows farming, fish, and goat keeping and setting up a marketing channel.
